Rudi`s Pet set for return Rudi`s Pet, back with David Nicholls after a short spell in America, will return to action in the East Riding Conditions Stakes at Beverley next month. The speedy seven-year-old was sold to race in the USA last autumn, only to return after failing to handle ground conditions on his first run on dirt at Hollywood Park three months ago. Nicholls said: 'I have always loved the horse and it is fantastic to have him back. He will now run in the colours of the Dandy Nicholls Racing Club and I am sure the members will have a lot of fun with him. 'He was very impressive when he won the Gosforth Park Cup but his performance when he won the Group Three King George Stakes at Goodwood was probably his best for us. 'The plan is to go for all the big sprints including the King`s Stand at Royal Ascot and I think he should be as good as ever.'
